Thank you for choosing Learning With Estrella. We are committed to providing high-quality digital products, language lessons, and educational services. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products (E-books, Workbooks, Printable Materials)
All digital products are non-refundable.
Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds on:
- E-books
- Downloadable PDFs
- Printable resources
- Digital lesson materials
If there is an issue accessing your file or the download link, please contact us and we will re-send it.
2. Online Lessons / Spanish Classes
Refunds
Payments for private lessons, group lessons, or lesson packages are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of usage.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
- If the teacher cancels, a new date will be offered.
3. Mistaken or Duplicate Payments
If you believe there has been an accidental or duplicate payment, please contact us immediately and we will try to solve it as quickly as possible.
